How to exercise your rights
Email [email protected] with your request. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within one month, and there is normally no charge. This right is free unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Taxi companies: correcting or removing your listing
Some listings are compiled from publicly available business information. If a listing about your business is inaccurate, or you would like it corrected or removed, you can:
- claim your listing to manage it yourself, or
- email [email protected] with the company name, town and the change you would like.
We will action reasonable requests promptly.
